This is a great example of how Kaiser lies to its members. Telling her she can't get the vaccine and then she dies because she trusted them. It's things like this and not to mention the few stories I have shared on this blog (there are many other horror stories I can tell you about Kaiser that both I and my family members have experienced) that Kaiser should be held accountable and if not shut down charged with mass malpractice. I hope the family does go after them for wrongful death since they openly lied about the vaccine. I know that the next time my insurance comes up I will be leaving them even if I have to pay more. My life is worth the extra money since Kaiser seems to be trying to actively kill its members. If you are a Kaiser member I would recommend you leave them as quick as you can if you want to stay alive. Only if people start to leave them in mass will they learn about what they have done.
